TailorPath is a platform, not a single-condition app. Each organisation configures it for its own population, and each person gets a plan tailored to their needs, wishes and goals.
TailorPath brings together long experience in services for people with disabilities and additional needs, and deep expertise in data science and AI.
We build with the professionals, families and people who use the platform, and we show the product as it is: real screens from a demo with synthetic data.
