Trust & security
People share health and personal details with their care teams. Here is, in plain words, how TailorPath protects them and decides who can see what.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest: connections are encrypted, and sensitive clinical fields and messages are stored encrypted.
Every user has a role. A therapist sees the people assigned to them, a family member sees what the person's plan shares with them, and each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's.
Access to records and changes to them are logged, so the organisation can see who did what, and when.
Safeguards modelled on the HIPAA Security Rule: encryption, audit trail and role-based access.
Designed around the GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law.
Built with accessibility standards (IS 5568 / WCAG 2.1 AA) in mind, with read-aloud and large text. A formal accessibility audit is pending.
Supports professional judgement; never replaces it.
Built together
TailorPath is developed with care and rehabilitation teams, social workers, therapists, educators, case managers, service managers and researchers, alongside our software and AI developers. Service recipients, families and support staff shape the plans, interfaces, daily guidance and follow-up through practical feedback.

TailorPath is one platform that each organisation configures for its own population: people with physical, motor and cognitive disabilities, communication disorders, autism, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic conditions, older adults and people in rehabilitation. It is used by healthcare and rehabilitation services, residential and community housing, municipal authorities, education systems, employment services and support services.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, including sensitive clinical fields. Each user has a role, and sees only what that role and the person's plan allow; each organisation's data is kept separate. Access to records and changes are logged in an audit trail.
Families follow the same plan as the person and the team, in the app's regular layout. They can see today's missions and progress, fill in caregiver questionnaires and message the team, with access set by their role and permissions.
No. It supports people between sessions, answers from their own plan and asks for confirmation before it carries out an action or changes a setting it proposes. Professional judgement stays with the team.
